"My name is Jeannie and I got lucky with this one. Best insurance shopping experience! I hate shopping for insurance, I hate premiums and payments and everything that goes with it. It was so bad I’ve been dealing with a broker to do it for me the last few years. Until I saw Trish’s table at an event. I made the call (not my only call as I tried Geico and others as well) and wow what a surprise. The other calls tried to rush me off and lower my payments by shortening coverage and honestly talked to me like I was an idiot. When I called Trish and got her team member Brooke my expectations were blown out of the water. She made it simple, she connected in a human level and understood my anxieties about the family the dogs the house and everything. We made sure to talk about the extras included in the coverage and how everything worked and even got a payment timeline set up that works with my pay schedule. Having that kind of friendly knowledge available Over text is amazing! So excited to get to know this team."
